General Concierge & Access

Q: What’s the difference between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide? A: Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist, while Tirzepatide combines GLP-1 and GIP agonism. Both support blood sugar regulation and weight management, but Tirzepatide offers a dual mechanism for stronger metabolic outcomes in some clients. Q: Can GLP-1s help if I’m not diabetic? A: Yes. Many clients using GLP-1s through our concierge care program are non-diabetic and looking to support sustainable weight loss, reduce inflammation, or improve hormonal balance. Q: Are there side effects? A: Some clients experience mild nausea, fatigue, or appetite suppression as the body adjusts. Your provider will walk you through what to expect and how to manage any symptoms.

Getting Started

Q: What happens on the first call? A: You’ll meet with our intake specialist or care coordinator to go over your health goals, concerns, and priorities. From there, we recommend the most aligned path forward with optional lab support. Q: Will I meet the doctor directly? A: Yes. Once your plan is confirmed, your care is managed by a licensed physician and supported by our full clinical team. Q: Do you offer lab testing? A: Yes. We offer direct-to-consumer labs at 70–90% off standard clinic pricing. These are reviewed by your physician for insight, not just data. Q: Can I bring my own labs? A: Absolutely. We encourage you to share any labs you’ve recently had—our clinical team will integrate them into your overall plan. Q: How long is the program? A: There is no fixed term. We offer flexible ongoing care that evolves with your needs, not cookie-cutter timelines. However, peptide therapy takes an average of 3 months to see full results. Cycles are typically 3 or 6 months.

Peptide Therapy & Medication Support

Q: How do peptides help with brain fog or mood? A: Certain peptides influence neuroplasticity, inflammation, and hormone function—which can reduce fog, lift mood, and improve resilience. These are especially helpful in post-trauma, perimenopause, or burnout recovery. Q: Can I combine this with therapy or hypnosis? A: Absolutely. Peptides can enhance your body’s capacity to regulate, heal, and integrate therapeutic work. Our approach is designed to complement emotional and cognitive healing, not replace it.
