All payments for medical services, prescriptions, and programs offered through this platform are processed directly by the licensed medical providers and their associated practices (“the Drs Network”).

Port of Resilience does not collect or process any payments on behalf of clients or providers. We do not store, manage, or oversee financial transactions related to consultations, prescriptions, or therapies provided through the medical network.

As such, Port of Resilience is not responsible for any billing issues, refunds, or payment disputes. All inquiries regarding charges, cancellations, refunds, or financial transactions must be directed to the Drs Network billing office or provider support team that facilitated your care.

If you have any questions about payment details, we recommend reaching out to your assigned provider or the concierge team who assisted with your onboarding. They will provide you with direct contact information for billing support.
