Terms & Conditions
A legal disclaimer
Port of Resilience (“Port of Resilience,” the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) and/or its affiliates owns and operates the websites located at www.portofresilience.com and may have previously, now or in the future own and/or operate a mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). Your access and use of the Platform, any part thereof, or anything associated therewith, including its content (“Content”), any products or services provided through the Platform or otherwise by Port of Resilience, and any affiliated website, software or application owned or operated by Port of Resilience (collectively, including the Platform and the Content, the “Service”) are governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”).
Terms & Conditions - the basics
The Service is an evolving resource, and we may update, modify, or remove portions of this Agreement or the Service itself at any time, at our discretion, and without prior notice. Any updates to these Terms will take effect once published on the Platform. Unless stated otherwise, any new materials or features added to the Service will also fall under the terms of this Agreement as soon as they’re made available. If you do not agree with the current or updated terms, the best course of action is to discontinue using the Service. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted, you acknowledge and accept the updated Agreement.
Your Relationship with us
Port of Resilience is a wellness technology platform that connects individuals (“Users”) with personalized services and physician-guided care. Through our platform, users can access certain products and services provided by Port of Resilience or by licensed third-party medical providers, pharmacies, or specialty vendors. Prescription fulfillment services, when applicable, are facilitated by trusted U.S.-based partner pharmacies who meet regulatory standards and uphold our commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
Communications Acknowledgement
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to receive communications from our clinical team—including your physician and affiliated providers—via email, phone call, text message, and secure digital messaging. These communications may include updates related to your care, lab results, treatment recommendations, or follow-up instructions.
It is your responsibility to check and respond to these communications in a timely manner. Port of Resilience and its associated providers are not liable for any outcomes, injuries, or claims resulting from delayed responses, missed messages, or failure to follow clinical recommendations provided to you through the Service.
Subscription-Based Products & Billing Terms
Certain products and services offered through the Port of Resilience platform are billed on a subscription basis. When you enroll in a recurring plan, your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the interval indicated during checkout—typically every 30 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided you do so at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. To cancel, simply disable the auto-refill option in your user portal. If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact our support team at susana@hypnosis-haven.com.
By placing a subscription order, you authorize us to charge your account for the full amount of the selected product or service now and on a monthly basis thereafter until canceled. You will receive a reminder email 5 to 7 days before each upcoming charge, along with a receipt once the transaction is processed.

We do not collect or hold funds on behalf of any pharmacy, provider, or third-party entity. Our role is to facilitate access, not act as a billing intermediary.
Prescription Products
Certain products available through the Platform require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. You will not be eligible to receive prescription medications unless a provider from our affiliated medical group determines they are clinically appropriate for you and writes a corresponding prescription.
If a provider does issue a prescription, it will be fulfilled through one of our partnered U.S. pharmacies via the Platform. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to have your prescription filled through our integrated pharmacy system, waiving the option to select an outside pharmacy. If you prefer to use a different pharmacy, please refrain from purchasing services through this Platform.
Please note: prescriptions will not be dispensed in child-resistant containers and packaging may not meet child-safety standards. If you have questions about prescription fulfillment or pharmacy packaging, please reach out to us at [your support email].
All prescription products will be shipped directly to you by the designated pharmacy after your consultation is complete and your prescription is processed.
Limited Use and Availability
Our Service is currently available only to individuals located in states where we are authorized to operate. To use the Service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your place of residence—whichever is greater. By visiting, accessing, registering with, or using the Platform, you confirm that:
-
You meet the age and location requirements,
-
You are located in the same state as the shipping address listed in your account when consulting with a provider,
-
You will comply with all applicable laws when using the Service, and
-
You will only use the Service for lawful, personal health-related purposes.
Port of Resilience offers concierge physician access for individuals and families of all ages; however, peptide therapy is strictly available to clients aged 18 and older. Additional restrictions or age-specific considerations may apply depending on your individual health needs. These will be reviewed during your consultation with a licensed provider, and may result in alternative recommendations, further evaluation, or referral.
Please note: Not all services or products are available in every state or to every age group. Medical needs vary, and there are instances where in-person evaluation or alternative care may be required. If our providers determine that your health concern is best addressed outside the scope of this platform, we will inform you and guide you on appropriate next steps.
Consent to Use of Telehealth Services
Telehealth involves the use of secure electronic communication technologies to deliver healthcare services between a licensed provider and a patient in different locations. While telehealth offers convenience and increased access to care, it may not be a replacement for in-person medical visits in all situations. There are potential benefits—and limitations—to receiving care in this way.

To use our Service, you will be required to review and accept a formal Telehealth Informed Consent ("Patient Consent") provided by the licensed medical providers and physician groups available through our platform. This consent outlines your rights, responsibilities, and the nature of telehealth-based care.

By agreeing to this consent, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks and benefits of telehealth and agree to proceed under its terms. Port of Resilience is a third-party beneficiary of this Patient Consent and reserves the right to enforce the terms as needed to ensure the integrity and safety of the care delivered through our platform.
User Responsibilities and Technology Requirements
To access and use the Port of Resilience Service, you are responsible for maintaining your own compatible devices, software, and internet connection. This includes having a smartphone, tablet, or computer with video capability and stable internet access that meets the technical requirements for virtual care.
You are solely responsible for any costs associated with using the Service, such as data plans or internet fees. Additionally, it is your responsibility to provide accurate, honest, and complete information in any intake forms, health questionnaires, or communications submitted through our platform.
Port of Resilience reserves the right to update or change system access requirements at any time to improve functionality or ensure security. We are not liable for any interruptions, access issues, or damages resulting from outdated or insufficient technology on the user’s part.
Indemnification and Legal Responsibility
By using the Port of Resilience platform and its associated services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Port of Resilience, its affiliates, clinical partners, independent physicians, and licensed pharmacies from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, liabilities, judgments, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from:
-
your use or misuse of the Service;
-
any violation of applicable law;
-
fraudulent activity or intentional misconduct;
-
or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You also agree to cooperate fully if Port of Resilience assumes the defense of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us. We reserve the right to manage and control the legal defense of any such claims at our discretion.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with any additional terms or agreements published on the Port of Resilience platform or formally executed between you and Port of Resilience, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Port of Resilience regarding your use of the Service. It supersedes any and all prior agreements, communications, or understandings—whether written or oral—related to your access and use of the Service, including earlier versions of these Terms and Conditions.
